National Park Service
Environmental Signage and Wayfinding
2016–2017
While working at the Golden Gate National Recreation Area, as subsect of the National Park Service I worked closely with the interpretation and accessibility teams to create signage and waysides for the parks trails.
In this process I worked heavily with park rangers at each site to develop language and visuals to create a signs and waysides that help the visitor navigate the site and gather more information about what to expect while on the trail.

We gathered trail data with a special recording device that we used to make infographics of trail sections to the visitors. This helped especially for people with low-mobility or who want to know what the elevation gain, trail material, steepness and length of the trail.
